What: Dina Padilla Calls On Attorney General Eric Holder & CA Attorney General Brown to launch criminal investigation and prosecution of Adventist Health System for workers comp fraud, terrorism against injured workers and whistleblowers, criminal responsibility for deaths as a result of malfeasance of the AHS and massive criminal cost shifting to move costs to the Federal government. The AHS covers 41 hospitals in 10 states, 19 nursing homes and many health and home care centers in the US.

This case has also raised the issue of the failure of the protection of workers and patients when medical and workers compensation records are electronified without a hard copy back up. Padilla is calling on the Attorney General Holder and President Obama to immediately halt the electronification of medical records until proper protection is provided along with hard copy back-ups. In the case of AHS, Moleski charges that there is criminal manipulation of the records of patients killed by AHS, injured workers and those that have claims against AHS. This manipulation and deletion of medical records took place to limit their criminal and civil liability.

Dina Padilla who is a candidate for Insurance Commissioner in California is calling on US Attorney Eric Holder to also pursue a criminal investigation of the terrorist actions against injured worker and Adventist Nurse Practitioner Barbara Clark and fired IT worker Patricia Moleski. Moleski who worked at the Adventist Health System as a IT computer worker in the corporate offices in Florida discovered a massive cover-up when she was told to illegally delete records of injured workers and patients who had been harmed by the corporation.

Moleski informed the FBI and despite massive evidence of this fraud and criminal activity the Attorney General has refused to pursue these crimes. Additionally, Moleski’s home has been shot at, her car was set on fire and she has been targeted by the AHS corporate executives in numerous incidents.

Clark and Moleski have also written letters to Attorney General Holder and President Obama and the letter is enclosed.
